Yes a contest, for my future tattoo

The rules are simple, I want a tribal based tattoo about 5in x 5in (going on my ankle) the images below are of what I want, the outline (except ribbon) I want black, the ribbon I want blue, also draw a mane (not the braids) I will post an example of what I want done as well, the images I have are as follows.... Also all I want is the headshot (just the head not entire body)

Can be hand drawn OR computer drawn but must be printable to size.

Now the prizes as follows:
1st place: 1year Subscription to devart or if you do not use devart (for example you use a sim game instead, a similar subscription to the game)
2nd place: 3month Subscription to devart (same as above if not devart)
3rd place: custom manip/possible journal CSS (if I can figure it out by then)
